The Workshops

Dance to Discover

This workshop is designed to introduce you to the potential dance/movement therapy as a health and wellbeing practice and way to integrate body, mind and spirit. Discover dance, discover your own potential and expect the unexpected!

Dance to Express

This workshop is a space to tap into our creative selves. There are no right or wrong way to dance just ways of expressing the self, sometimes it’s just a matter of finding the courage to do so

Dance to Heal

In this workshop the focus is on healing through the dance. This is a chance to nurture and nourish your mind, body and spirit.

Dance to Connect

We can connect with others through our dance. As we connect we learn about each other and the self. Enjoy the spontaneity and rewards of dancing and moving with another or as part of a group.

Dance to Release

We hold our tension and stresses in our bodies. This workshop focuses on releasing some of this and letting go of those things that we are holding onto unnecessarily.

Dance to Smile

The final workshop in the series is all about having f
un whilst moving your body and simply reveling in how good it feels to move! A space in which to let loose, be silly, laugh and have fun.
